We move fast. We carry a week’s worth of thoughts, tensions, and unspoken feelings — often without realising it. And then, the weekend arrives… but our body and mind are not yet truly here.
These online circles are a pause. A gentle transition. A space where breath, movement, and presence meet — so that mind, body, and spirit can finally land in the same place.
I guide each session as a certified Holosomatic Bodyworker with trauma trauma-informed and Authentic Relating approach, each session blends grounding breathwork, intuitive movement, and moments of honest, heart-led sharing. It’s a practice for releasing what is heavy, reconnecting with what feels alive, and creating space for the weekend — and for yourself.
More than just a class, this is a community. A safe container where vulnerability is not weakness, but strength. Where speaking your truth and listening deeply become ways to heal, grow, and belong.
