Episode 3: Anger. From Fire to Clarity

Anger can burn or illuminate. It depends on whether we listen or fight it.

This is the third gathering of The Embodied Emotions Series, a journey to meet our feelings through the body, one emotion at a time.

In this session, we’ll explore anger, not as something to suppress but as energy that wants to move.
Anger is often a messenger of boundaries, truth, and vitality. When we listen to it, it can bring us back to clarity and strength.

Together, we’ll explore:
• How anger lives in the body and what it’s trying to protect
• The difference between reactivity and embodied expression
• How to release anger safely, without aggression
• How to transform it into power, direction, and truth

You’ll be guided through somatic practices like wall-push or vocal release, followed by reflection and integration.
A space to feel your fire and let it light your way home.
