At this Meetup, we will have two interconnected topics that, we believe, can contribute to the community of front-end development.
Talk 1. Exploring Microfrontends: The Role of Webpack Module Federation and Our Decision to Move On

• Melih Korkmaz will introduce the basics of micro frontends and how Webpack Module Federation facilitates their implementation.
• Cover the key concepts, potential benefits, and common challenges associated with this approach.
• Additionally, we will share our team's experience and the reasons why we ultimately chose not to proceed with micro frontends for our project. This talk is perfect for anyone curious about micro frontends or exploring architectural options for their front-end applications.

To visually align our customer journeys, maintain our digital agility, and facilitate our colleague's contribution to the digital communication channels, Essent has chosen to centralize its fundamental digital design knowledge in a Design System.
