DeDAKKAS is a green rooftop pavilion perched atop the De Kamp parking garage in the heart of Haarlem. From the terrace and pavilion, you can take in breathtaking panoramic views of the city — from the dunes on the left to the domed former prison on the right, with the Great St. Bavo Church towering straight ahead.
