Mini-workshop "Perpetrator and Victimhood" at Oscar's office

In preparation of the European Peace Conference 2026 (October 1 & 2, 2026), I am organizing a three-day mini-workshop at my office on the theme of "perpetrator and victimhood."
With questions such as:
- How are we both victim and perpetrator?
- What makes someone a perpetrator?
- How do dynamics escalate in my home?
- And how does this play out within the political arena?
The mini-workshop will take place on Friday, November 28, Saturday, November 29, and Sunday, November 30, 2025. Hours: 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
In the workshop, I want to test several new experiential and systemic working methods. I also want to sequence these exercises in a way that builds up nicely. This is inspired by the ideas from my year-long systemic training and years of experience with couples in conflict. You must be willing to look at yourself. You enjoy reflecting. And you are curious about working systemically with perpetrator-victimhood.
