About Going upside down - Shaping your handstand practice:
Beginner focused handstand class. Let’s practice our handstands with intent.
Proper warm-up, conditioning of the body, alignment, working with the wall, asking a friend to spot you - this workshop comes with many how-to-s! We will focus on where you are in your journey as much as possible. You will go home with a set of tools you can use, and a structure you can apply in order to increase your time (and joy ;)) in handstands.
For whom is this class?:
This class is best for beginners - whether you’re completely new to inversions or you’ve been practicing for a while but are still struggling a bit. If you’re already on an intermediate to advanced handstand level, this might not be the class for you.
What to bring:
Wear (no) socks and an outfit in which you can move freely. Bring a notebook.
The studio can only be entered with clean indoor shoes, socks, or bare feet. The floor may be slippery, so if you wear socks, we recommend anti-slip socks. During winter the floor can be a bit cold, so keep this in mind if you prefer to practice barefoot.
