Flow & connect - yoga at the park

Join our first Light of Unity community building event!

In a world where there is more and more division and polarization, connection with others is key. By practising yoga, we can find common ground and start connecting and uniting with others again.

For this event we will do a yin/yang yoga session at the park for about a hour. After the session there is time to chat and meet each other. Little drink and snack is provided. Just bring your own mat and optional a water bottle/blanket.

No experience in yoga is required. This event is for everyone who wants to get into the practice of yoga and is open to meet likeminded people.

This is a donation based event. With the money that is raised, we donate to Unicef to help the children in Gaza.
