Systemic Constellations / Familie- en organisatieopstellingen

Family and organizational constellations assume that people are part of a system. Whether that is your family, your extended family, your country, your management team, the sports club: you are part of that system. And every system influences us.

The method that shows us how we are under the influence of the system became well known through the works of Bert Hellinger. The so-called 'systemic work' gives us insight into the forces that play within a system. Problems that arise on the personal or business level often arise from this. With the aid of representatives, the participant gains insight into what is going on and how he / she can deal with this (differently / better). This leads to (a part of) the solution of the entanglement.

If you want to get acquainted with this fascinating method, run into 'something' or have an ‘issue’ and want to look at it or if you just want to experience a morning or evening of constellations, then you are of course welcome (you do not have to be able to do anything and you don’t have to represent anything that makes you feel bad). This event is bi-lingual in the sense that depending on the composition of the group, either Dutch or English will be the main language, and we’ll ensure relevant translation into the other language if needed.

The fee is EUR 30, regardless if you do or don't bring in a question/actively participate in a constellation as a representative.

The constellations are guided by Thea de Wit. I (Klaas) have experienced several times how her wisdom and her intuition facilitated very meaningful constellation sessions. For myself and for others these were sometimes life changers.

Thea about herself:

"In addition to my work as a teacher / trainer in Dutch language and literature, I have worked in health care for many years and also performed a lot of (healing) body work as a sports masseur and shiatsu therapist. In the past I have followed a course, based on personal growth and development, at the Emilie-Hoeve in The Hague. Work was done among others with psychodrama, encounter groups, rebirthing and bio-energetics. Later I got acquainted with gestalt therapy extensively. A few years ago these different directions came together: language and communication are closely intertwined with our spiritual well-being and vice versa. I have followed courses at the NTI-NLP in Limmen for guiding constellations. I am also a qualified coach (LOI)."
