We are still alive! And we have nice meet-up for you. This will a interactive meet-up.
This meet-up Jasper Sonnevelt (@jaspersonnevelt) will start with an introduction to Kanban and how it compares to Scrum.
"Jasper is an Agile Consultant and trainer at Xebia in The Netherlands. He has worked in and around a multitude of teams with various levels of Agile maturity. Jasper is an enthousiastic and energetic coach. He uses these qualities to create movement and initiate change."
After this introduction we will start a discussing based on our experiences with Scrum and Kanban as Full Stack Developers. We will discuss our experiences with using, extending and adapting Scrum at ING Bank and other projects. We like to exchange experiences with you. How do you apply agile with your work?
