We’re excited to announce that Global Agile Nederland will once again participate in the upcoming Global Agile Tea Time — a fast-growing, global community event designed to connect Agile practitioners from around the world for shared learning, creative exploration, and meaningful dialogue.

### 🌍 About Global Agile Tea Time

Global Agile Tea Time has quickly become a favorite among Agile coaches, developers, product people, and DevOps professionals across the globe. With participation from the Netherlands, Israel, the U.S., Germany, and beyond, it’s more than a meetup — it’s an interactive, collaborative space where Agile in practice comes to life.
The first two editions were a huge success, with participants highlighting the value of the peer-to-peer learning, co-creation formats, and energized global exchange.
Now it’s time for edition three — and with it, a new twist.

### 🔥 New Format: Lean Ignite Talks – Where Ideas Take Center Stage

For this edition, we’re experimenting with a new and improved format: Lean Ignite Talks.
This adapted format blends:

• The free-form discussion style of Lean Coffee
• The dynamic structure of Ignite Talks
• The collaboration of small group work

💡 Here’s how it works:

• Participants pitch their topics in 30 seconds
• Groups form around popular topics and collaborate for 18 minutes
• A selected speaker (or duo) delivers a 7-minute Ignite-style talk
• Followed by a quick round of reflections and Q&A
• We aim to complete 2–3 rounds, depending on group size

This gives space for both deep exploration and shared storytelling, making the experience both interactive and insightful.
