GO is taking over! - @Klippa

The popularity and adoption of Go is continuing to grow. So let's make sure that we keep the Go-community in Groningen growing as well.

Time for a new Go-ningen event: Go is taking over!

On the 28th of November, Klippa is hosting a Go-meetup. Enjoy pizza, beer and in depth presentations on Go, while meeting new people.

During this meetup there will be 3 different developers from different companies in Groningen sharing their experiences using Go.

The event has space for up to 40 people and the planning of this event is as follows:

• 17:30 to 18:00 - Walk in and coffee / beer
• 18:00 to 18:30 - WebAssembly in Go, as a compile target and runtime - Jeroen Bobbeldijk
• 18:30 to 19:00 - Break with pizza and beer
• 19:00 to 19:20 - Kubernetes Adventures - Jeroen Rinzema
• 19:20 to 19:40 - Understanding Sync Maps: how they work and when to use them - Anna Sorova
• 19:40 to 20:30 Beers and fun
