The Holy GraalVM

People are still searching for the holy grail. Or are they? They might have found it in the form of GraalVM. For most people this is still a vague concept and how it relates to other available JVM’s.

In this meetup, you have the chance to understand the idea behind GraalVM, and get some hands-on experience with it. All the details of the JIT (Just In Time) compiler, AOT (Ahead of Time) compiler and native images will be revealed to you, and you can experiment with it (TBD).

We are delighted to have Paulo Lopes from RedHat as the speaker for this meetup. He is a maintainer of Vert.x stack (https://vertx.io) and in close contact with the GraalVM team.
