Join in for our first grounded walk in Den Haag. We will start the week by exploring the beautiful nature of the Scheveningse Bosjes.

What to expect:

  • We will meet at 13:00 on the benches in front of the Ary van der Spuyweg Playground close to the skate park.
  • We will have a brief introduction, set up our (optional) grounding gear, and measurement devices (see below).
  • We will then walk, talk, and share for about an hour before ending the walk at Koffietent John & June's.

What to bring:

  • Make sure to wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothes & shoes.
  • Bring water, a towel, or anything else you may need for a pleasant walking experience.

Want to walk grounded?

  • An optional grounding strap for your shoe allows you to make a direct connection with the Earth as you walk. Excellent energy boost!

Opting for grounding + report?

  • Good choice! Don't just feel good, see how grounded walking impacts your energy dynamics with a post-walk analysis report. In addition to the grounding strap, you will be outfitted with a small, portable device to measure your bioelectric signals every step of the way! Completely safe and non-invasive.
  • Make sure to note any prior activities (e.g., caffeine consumption, exercise, etc.) that may affect your physical state. It's ideal to refrain for a cleaner interpretation, but not required. Just take it into account when viewing the results.
  • The device is slightly smaller than a cellphone and will be attached to your forearm. Make sure your sleeves have a bit of slack to accommodate it (rolled up sleeves work too, but it may get a bit chilly!).

Pricing:

  • Walk only: € 10
  • Grounded walk (no report): € 20
  • Grounded walk + report: € 35 EUR (€ 5 discount for first walk!)

Important notes:

  • Payments for extras (grounding only and grounding + report) will be collected securely on-site via PayPal. Please send the organizer a quick message indicating which extra you want at least 24 hours prior to the walk.
  • The number of spots available for grounding (+ measurement) are currently limited to a total of 5 people on a first come, first served basis.
