Italian Cooking Workshop - Gnocchi from North Italy

With Gustando Parlando you can practice, or learn, Italian, learn how to make typical dishes from different regions in Italy, and test out the dishes too, all in a welcoming kitchen space in the heart of Amsterdam.

On the 5th of October the focus will be on the North Italy, and we will be making traditional Gnocchi. I will walk you along the process, while explaining the history of the dish, as well as other facts from the area, all in italian (with some translations if needed!).
Wine from the specific region will be served, together with panzanella.
