1. Cancellations & RSVPs lock on Saturday at 18:00 (6 PM) To allow people on the waiting list enough time to organize, RSVPs are locked every Saturday at 18:00.

• You cannot un-RSVP after 18:00 on Saturday.
• If you cannot make it, please remove yourself before Saturday 18:00.

2. No-Show Policy

• 1st No-Show: Yellow card ⚠️
• 2nd No-Show: Removal from the Meetup group ❌

3. First-timers If this is your first event, please confirm your attendance before the day of the event. Unconfirmed first-timers will be moved off the attendee list to avoid no-shows taking someone else's spot.

• Format: 5 vs 5 on full court | 120 min court time. Come ready to run and play hard!
• Spots: Limited (waiting list enabled).
• Cost: €3 – €4 (paid via Tikkie).
• Skill Level: Advanced Beginner / Intermediate minimum. Please make sure you know the rules of basketball.
• Location: Indoor gym at Vilnuisstraat (Haarlem).
• Equipment: Please bring clean indoor shoes to play.
