We’re so excited to invite you to Motion & Meaning - the Immersion at The Human Fabrique in beautiful Haarlem.
Motion & Meaning is a guided experience blending free movement, meditation, and self-reflection and intuitive choreography — all designed to help you reconnect with your body, your presence, and your sense of self. It’s an open, safe space to simply come as you are and explore what’s alive in you.
What to bring:
• Your notebook and pen/pencil
• Blanket or warm sweater
• Your most authentic self
