Heal Your Love Story: Women's Group Breathwork & Meditation

Join us for a Transformative Breathwork and Meditation journey for women where we will reconnect with our hearts, explore our past (or current) love stories, and begin rewriting them - from the inside out.

It's our first evening designed to help you start gaining clarity around your love story, and begin to shift old emotional patterns that no longer serve you.
This gathering is for any woman who wants to feel more grounded, self-aware, and empowered in love — whether you're single, navigating heartbreak, or wanting deeper emotional intimacy.

In this 90-minute journey, we’ll experience:

• A guided group meditation & heart-based conscious connected breathwork
• Journaling prompts for self-reflection
• A safe, open space to share, feel, and be supported
• An introduction to the Heal Your Love Story coaching journey​
