Culture & Digital transformation - Summer edition

The program is again very inspiring.

We are very proud to announce our first speaker: Gerrit Schimmelpenninck, Talent Intelligence Manager at Philips. Gerrit will take us through his experience on tech and culture, zooms in on the effect of real digital transformation in the organization and on the power structure, data beats hierarchy!

Our Second Speaker is Marelle van Beerschoten. With her company Digital Shapers she guides corporates through the digital jungle. Marelle will be interviewed by Maarten and share her passion around what is digital talent (are we searching in the right pool?), How to make HR people more data driven and share how fun it is and how to open up the digital talents in the organisation?

We will again make a mindmap of all aspects around culture and digital transformation mentioned and you'll be able to have a dialogue with other community members and speakers in detail. Share your experiences and knowledge.
