Run a little, talk a lot.
On Sunday 22 November we're going for an easy 5k through Vondelpark, then grabbing a coffee together afterwards. Farbod is hosting, and he'll set a relaxed, social pace. That means you can hold a conversation the whole way round, and nobody gets left behind.
You don't need to be a runner. If you can jog 5k at a chatty pace, you'll be fine. Most people come on their own, and by the coffee stop it doesn't feel that way anymore.
We meet at 10:00 at the Maagd van Amsterdam statue, at the main entrance of Vondelpark. Check the location pin on this page so you can find us easily. After the run we'll head to a café nearby for coffee together.
A few practical things:

• Wear layers. It's November, so it'll be cold at the start and warm by the end.
• If it's pouring, we'll post an update here.
