- Designing for the masses
Uber is available in more than 600 cities and 80 countries worldwide. When designing the perfect experience for each city, product designers at Uber have to consider local cultures, geographic layout and generally how people get around. This experience extends far beyond the Uber app; it includes finding your car, waiting for your food, trusting a stranger and so on. How do we design an experience that facilitates the connection between the digital and physical world – all over the globe?
