Join us for a 6-week online course for trainers, coaches, and facilitators to deepen nervous system awareness, enhance co-regulation skills, and learn effective, embodied interventions in the learning space. The course is led by professional psychologists with experience in non-formal education, therapy, and clinical psychology.
š§ By the end of the course, you will:
1 Understand the role of the nervous system in learning, safety, and connection.
2 Recognize dysregulation (freeze, fight, flight, fawn) in self and others.
3 Apply body-based techniques to restore regulation and presence.
4 Cultivate co-regulation as a leadership and facilitation skill.
5 Intervene skillfully and sensitively when stress or trauma responses arise.
6 Design learning environments that support safety, creativity, and growth.
š§© The course consists of
6 online sessions in a group context with somatic exercises, theory nuggets, moments to share, and practice. Each session is 60 minutes and takes place on Zoom.
1 individual coaching session with a professional psychologist, where you can also explore a personal topic. One session is 60 minutes long and takes place on Zoom.
Access to an online library with resources you can easily download and use in your daily life and work.
Certificate for attendance, issued by EnvironMental Foundation.
