Meet our amazing speakers:

⭐️ Amy Craig — seasoned Product Manager, currently leading Lemonade's global expansion squad in Amsterdam. She's on a mission to grow Lemonade's European presence, focusing on renters and homeowners in the UK, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.

While Amy’s passionate about using technology to make a real difference in people's lives, Amy's not just about work. When she's not busy with Lemonade, you'll find her whipping up delicious meals in the kitchen or dreaming about her future home in Italy.

⭐️ Chetan Sharma — Passionate about engineering and leadership, Chetan enjoys understanding complex systems and creating simple scalable solutions. He is experienced working with a wide range of systems - from distributed to embedded. Apart from that, he loves leading engineering teams. He believes in creating a culture that fosters trust and ownership.

'Scalable Service Framework'
In the age of platform engineering, a service framework acts as a foundational layer that provides essential functionality to any new or existing application.
In this talk, we will review the requirements of a service framework for teams leveraging platform engineering. We will also see an example of building a framework using typescript and Nestjs.

⭐️ Stefano Pedroni — born in the enchanting city of Genoa, Stefano discovered his passion for technology early on, crafting his first website at the age of 10. In the last 9 years he’s taken that passion and transformed it into a career as a backend developer. Stefano finds inspiration in his two passions: technology and climbing. He is currently holding the position of Senior Software Engineer at Lemonade.

'A day in the life of a happy developer'
Join us as we delve into the day-to-day life of a software engineer, exploring how DevEx might be the cornerstone for efficient and modern software development. Discover how Lemonade does it: from ideation, to design, development, and deployment - ensuring a frictionless journey from concept to production.
