Every 3 rd Monday of the Month, starting March 16 th at 8 pm, LGBTQ THAMESMEAD will be holding their first ❤️⭕️
A heart circle is a structured, intentional gathering focused on emotional connection, deep listening, and speaking from the heart without judgment or advice.
Key aspects of a heart circle include:
Purpose: To move away from intellectual discussion and toward emotional expression and presence.
