Healthy friendships & relationships

Details
Most of us are not explicitly taught what makes a good and healthy friendship or romantic relationship - and of course, “good” and “healthy” means different things to different people.
So let’s meet and share our views on:
- What makes a friendship “healthy” vs unhealthy? What friendships have you had (or still have) that weren’t “good”?
- What kind of behaviours do you no longer tolerate from friends (and vice versa)?
- Romantic relationships - what makes one healthy vs unhealthy? (excluding obvious things)
- What lessons have you learned and how have you grown in your views regarding these?
- What changes would you like to make in your current friendships or relationships?
IMPORTANT #1: due to complexity, we will NOT be discussing relationships with family members.
IMPORTANT #2: I appreciate that these can be very emotional topics, and that a lot of people struggle with them. This meetup is for discussing how we have grown in these areas and how we still want to grow - it is NOT group therapy support, and it is NOT the place to vent about your challenges.
It is a place for reflection and constructive story-sharing so we can learn from each and support each other in further personal growth.
The focus is sharing our perspectives and experiences, getting inspired, and identifying small actionable steps to move forward in our personal development.
Something obvious for you may not be obvious for someone else, so everyone's story has the potential to make a positive impact :)
