Accelerative Leadership - how to be a leader who is “in control”

Details
This is the third meetup of the 2021 series where we are going to explore Agile leadership and how to create and nourish a learning organization.
Our guest Niels Loader will navigate us through his story about the situation in which C-level people find themselves when it comes to increasing the agility of their organization: they are stuck between the legal requirements to be 'in control' of their organizations and the realization that the old way of operating as well as leading does not help them to make their organizations agile.
The traditional way of command-and-control is no longer sufficient. In fact, it is now becoming destructive. This problem manifests itself in several ways, as a result of which leaders have to return to their core task: ensuring that there are more leaders at different levels within the organization who help realize the 'purpose' of the organization without being responsible for daily management.
At the same time, leaders are still expected to be 'in control' of their agile organization. How?
Niels Loader will take you through the experiences with a solution direction - Accelerative Leadership - with you.
Niels Loader is a principal consultant at Quint and has been helping organizations improve their agility since 2010, using Lean, Agile, and DevOps.
