• What we'll do
Experienced trainers will not only teach you the proper boxing techniques but also help you lose weight, tone muscle, increase energy and learn self-defense. Boxing is a great workout that consists of heavy bag work, shadow boxing, focus mitt drills, as well as strength and conditioning techniques focused on increasing hand speed as well as hand-eye coordination. Whether you simply want to stay fit with a fun workout, learn the art of boxing or be a competitive fighter, we will help you achieve your goals.
• What to bring
Water bottle optional! A fountain is available. Please wear attire for a high-intensity workout, including tennis shoes.
• Important to know
Please bring a photo ID with you to complete your waiver for Boxing class. Tell the receptionist you are here for the MEETUP. After class, we will share with you how you can make this awesome workout part of your life and crush your fitness goals.
