Weekend Long Runs are back

We meet up at Restaurant De Bosbaan at 10AM

The plan is to run at a Social pace 5:30/km to 6:30/km depending on the group.

The total distance is dependent on you, a single loop is 10kms. You can choose to do 10kms or 16kms

The maximum distance for this week is around 16kms

14kms at an easy pace and the last 2km is the race as to who gets to the appeltaart first

We have a quick stop for coffee, at the Restaurant De Bosbaan after the run. If time permits.
