Who Is This For?
This series is open to anyone curious about deepening their self-awareness, exploring new ways of being, and seeking a deeper connection with their emotions and sense of aliveness. No prior meditation experience is required—just a willingness to be curious, explore, play, and grow.

The Purpose Inspired on ancient Buddhist, Sufi, and Tibetan methods, these active and passive techniques are designed to reconnect you with your sensations and feelings. They encourage you to stay present and grounded in your body, cultivating greater awareness of yourself and your surroundings. Through this reconnection with the Self, you can access deeper states of relaxation, clarity, and stillness, elevating the sense of presence and awareness in your daily life.

These practices offer a healthy approach to managing stress, tension, anxiety, and challenging situations. By incorporating body movement, they help release physical, mental, emotional, and energetic blockages too. Furthermore, they nourish and improve self-esteem, creativity, mental clarity, and connection to your heart and inner being.

This is a safe and supportive space to move from mind to no-mind, passing through your heart to the essence of your being. See the description below for specific details about each meditation.

Pratiti Meunier, is a Somatic Experiencing® Trauma Healing Practitioner, Holistic Counselor, Bodyworker & Reiki Practitioner, Meditation Teacher, and Life Explorer, with over two decades of experience in personal development, workshops, training, individual sessions and working with people in multicultural and international fields.
