"Sherpa Restaurant, founded in 1989 in Amsterdam, is the first Nepali and Tibetan restaurant in the Netherlands. We also serve popular Indian cuisine. We warmly welcome you at Sherpa to enjoy the authentic dishes from Nepal, Tibet, and India.

Nepalese cuisine consists of mainly curries and rice and prepared with mild spices and herbs. Similarly, Tibetan cuisine consists of various Momos (dumplings) and noodles and prepared mainly with Himalayan herbs. Furthermore, Indian dishes consist of various Curries, Tandoori, Biryani, Naan and Roti."
