All you need to know about the Dutch Cyber Security market

Here we are, our very first in-person event in a long while! Cyber Security Recruitment (https://csrecruitment.nl) welcomes WICCA for an exclusive career fair with all you need to know to enter or boost a career in cyber security.

This event’s purpose is to educate the women of WICCA on the Dutch cyber security market’s dynamics. As the location is in a house with different floors, the format will be the following:

• On the first floor there will be various tables with organizations and their respective vacancies. There you can explore what is looked for in a professional, ask questions about the companies etc. A common issue with women in general is they don’t have the
  confidence they qualify for a job if they don’t tick every box. Therefore, here you can understand whether you qualify and what the “actual” requirements are.
• Moving on to the second floor, we will introduce you to building a CV, what do recruiters and hiring managers look for etc.
• Third floor is all about interview preparation, recruitment processes, salary negotiations etc.

This event has limited space. Measures will be put in place to ensure that social distancing rules and hygiene are respected. Hand sanitizer will be placed at your disposal.
