15 km NS hike Utrechtse Heuvelrug

Utrechtse Heuvelrug is a beautiful area to hike through, passing the Bornia and Heidestein Estate and Austerlitz. The hike starts at Driebergen-Zeist train station and ends at train station Maarn. Hopefully the purple heather will be fully in bloom to make our views more spectacular!

Practical stuff

• The hike starts at train station Driebergen-Zeist. We collect there as of 9.45AM. We start hiking as of 10:00AM.
• The hike ends at train station Maarn (note that the end point differs from the starting point).
• The hike starts at 10:00AM, please be on time, I cannot make a whole group wait for you. I can share live location through the Whatsapp group on request.

• Make sure that you bring enough lunch/snacks and water along with you.
• If it is very sunny/rainy, bring along sun/rain protection.
• Wear appropriate footwear.
