Exploring the Road 2 (Scrum) Mastery

Sjoerd Nijland, Sander Dur and Evelien Roos are teaming up in this session to explore the Road 2 (Scrum) Mastery together with you.
In separate short and engaging sessions, you will have the opportunity to ask our experts whatever you’d like to know about the Road 2 Mastery, the PSM III assessment, and teaching based on Brain Science/Neuroscience (Training From the Back of the Room).
The Road 2 Mastery is a 6-month learning journey for Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches. Together we learn, we experiment, we fail and we succeed in mastering Scrum. You will be guided, coached, and supported in your daily Scrum challenges by your guides and fellow travelers. The course weaves together threads of facilitation, Agile culture, and Scrum principles with best practices from a range of disciplines in co-active learning formats that are accessible and applicable across a range of environments.
This learning journey does not end with certification because we believe in lifelong learning (not just until you have reached a certification). However, we believe the journey could help you to pass the advanced certifications for Scrum Masters of Scrum.org.
The Road 2 Mastery is based on proven teaching principles like Training From the Back of the Room and uses Liberating Structures and Miro to let all participants actively contribute to the learning experience.
