Important information!
Please make sure you are on an empty stomach condition which means
ideally 4 hours after eating joining or at least 1,5 hours after a light meal.
If you had a heavy meal or didn't maintain the 1,5 hours gap, it's best you don't do hatha yoga.
Wear comfortable clothes.
Sit in a place where you won't be disturbed for at least 1 hour.
Creating body awareness is important and listening to your body when you feel any pain, discomfort or anything else besides ''normal'' tension is very important.
I will send a link 15 minutes before the session where you can join and ask question if there are any.
If you can't make it, please let me know. In the past, people had sign up, but did not show up and the whole session couldn't continue even though I had planned for it. So please, let me know if you can't make it.
