Intuitive painting is not about what you see, it's about what you feel.
Weekly on Thursday nights Atelier77 will host an Intiutive Painting Workshop with an experienced teacher. She has learned through working with children that they create easily and freely without judgement. This is a joyful process and she would like to encourage adults to do the same. To rediscover trust and playfulness and create based on intuition instead of on perfection.
What is intuitive painting?
- Painting without a plan or fixed idea.
- Letting yourself be guided by color, movement, and feeling.
- The process is more important than the result.
- Trusting what emerges, without judgment.
Every week we will be a new theme or excercise, like blind painting, painting with your other hand or painting while listening to music and much more! This is followed by free drawing. We will also be experimenting with differend materials and tools.
