Beginner Session (Beginner Only)

This is a volleyball session for true beginners, focused on the absolute basics.

This session is perfect for you if you:
• struggle to keep the ball in play
• often miss the ball or can’t control it
• can’t get your serve over the net

In this session, we teach everything from zero:
• how to place your hands for forearm passing
• finger position for overhead passing
• correct serving form

All explained step by step and very clearly.

⚠️ If you can already pass consistently, this session may be too easy for you.
This training is specially designed for real beginners.
