In the last span of time before the Playspace closes (for now), the Body Mind movement sessions are back! A unique blend of breathwork, tuning in, flexibility, strength, neuro plasticity, and creative expression for those who:

  • suffer/are on the verge of burnout
  • are too often stuck in your head
  • long to feel more fit, alive, creative and graceful
  • would like to meditate but have problems sitting still
  • feel slow, lethargic, disconnected for much of the time
  • have difficulty or get frustrated following the movement of others
  • love the idea of dancing but think you're not "good at it"
  • want to be seen as a person and not just one class participant among
    many
  • would like to be able to integrate your mind, body, and spirit
  • want to be stronger and more flexible
  • are recovering from an injury

What makes these classes unique is:

  • their size: maximum of 10 people
  • the combination of active movement-based meditative practices with guided free/improvised movement & dance,
  • a whole spectrum of techniques and practices designed to get you in touch with your own body's needs
  • a safe and welcoming environment where you can explore and expand your comfort zone
  • acceptance of wherever your body/mind is and tools for how to work with whatever is present
  • the chance to deepen the experience through other art forms such as visual art or creative writing
  • playfulness like you might never have experienced in a dance class before
  • complete permission to discover how to move in ways that are right for you
  • an increased sense of gracefulness and awareness which brings a sense of power and peace.

Maximum of 10 people per session.
It's drop in, a session goes forward with a minimum of 4 participants. If you want to participate in the week's session you send me a what'sapp, (+31 652275873) email (pandorasplayspace@gmail.com) or SMS text (same number as what'sapp) reserving your spot, and (preferably before the class) transfer a contribution between €10 and €20 to my PayPal or bank account:

If you can't pay before no worries, I will have a QR code available at the session.
If you have financial difficulties check with me; if the class has met the minimum but isn't full I can offer sponsored space for up to the maximum number.

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing in layers for both lying on cool floor/during the warm up, & when you get hot (and you will); bare feet or non-slip socks. Fitness mats and water available at studio. A small hand towel is useful.

Sessions are open to all genders/identification: we gather in a spirit of openness and respect. Most physical & mental divergencies can be accommodated. Contact Suzan to discuss.
