Autentic connection gathering

IHello everyone! I’m coming back to Rotterdam. ✨

And I’m happy to invite you to a warm, intimate gathering on *December 7th,* created for authentic connection and honest, mindful communication.
We’ll meet in the center of *Rotterdam — Blaak, from 20:00 to 22:00.*

We’ll begin with gentle conversation, and getting to know each other in a calm and comfortable atmosphere. The idea is to create a space where everyone feels safe, welcome, and able to simply be themselves.

After that, we’ll continue with theory and practice focused on *authentic relating —* communication without pressure, without masks, and without touch.

We’ll explore together:

• how to speak openly and clearly
• how to listen with presence
• how to express emotions with honesty
• how to understand needs and boundaries
• how to navigate moments of tension or misunderstanding
• how to stay connected while staying true to yourself

The exercises will be gentle, practical, and meaningful — a mix of awareness, reflection, and communication tools.
