## A note before you attend

**This is a free pilot session of the Life, Work & Business Clarity Workshop.**

Future sessions will be ticketed, but there is no cost to attend this one. In exchange, participants will be asked to provide honest feedback about the worksheets, written materials, facilitation, guidance, pacing, and overall experience.

The workshop is ready to be useful; this pilot will help identify what works well, what feels confusing, and what could make future sessions more accessible and effective.

Do you have a project, decision, life situation, business idea, or pile of “I need to figure this out” thoughts taking up too much space in your brain?

This workshop helps queer and neurodivergent adults—especially folx with ADHD—get those thoughts out of their heads, sort through the clutter, and find a manageable way forward.

Bring something messy, vague, overwhelming, half-started, or emotionally tangled. It can involve life, work, business, creativity, community-building, personal admin, or anything else your brain is struggling to organize.

During the workshop, you will:

* Capture the thoughts competing for attention
* Sort them into useful groups
* Identify what matters most right now
* Choose a realistic next step
* Leave with a simple plan you can return to later

This is not a productivity bootcamp, hustle session, or attempt to fix your life in 90 minutes. It is a practical, low-pressure space for creating clarity and structure.

## What to bring

Something to write with, something to write on, and one messy thing you would like to understand better.

You are welcome to participate quietly, skip sharing, take breaks, stim, move around, or engage in whatever way works for your brain and body. No diagnosis is required.

Before you RSVP: This gathering is for adults who are queer and/or neurodivergent and interested in demi, poly, or relationship-expansive ways of connecting. It is not a dating event, speed-dating night, hookup space, or partner-finding service.
Demi Poly People is a space for connection, community, and honest conversation. Together, we’ll talk about relationships, attraction, and intimacy; about boundaries, consent, and communication; and about people-pleasing, self-trust, and building closeness without pressure or performance.This is a place to show up as honestly as you can, at your own pace. You do not need to be polished, certain, outgoing, or easy to categorize. The hope is that people can feel seen, respected, and accepted as they are while connection has room to unfold naturally.This group is likely a better fit for people who value emotional awareness, self-reflection, and slower forms of trust-building. You do not need to have everything figured out, but you should be willing to notice your impact, respect other people’s limits, and approach others with care.

This group is small gathering focusing on autistic and ADHD adults, but open to any neurodivergent folx, who want a calm space to share openly, be heard without judgment, and connect with others who understand.
You are welcome to talk about burnout, executive dysfunction, overwhelm, relationships, support needs, work stress, life transitions, or whatever else feels important. You are also welcome to simply listen.Space is limited. If your plans change, please update your RSVP so someone on the waitlist can take your spot.
