The password for this event is "Old." We are reading the Old Testament chronologically, and the current plan is to try to insert the Apocrypha wherever they would go, chronologically, when we can determine it. The last time we read the Old Testament, it took us almost exactly 2 years, reading for an hour each Sunday. Including the Apocrypha will make it take a bit longer this time. We are reading from the New Living Translation. You are welcome to bring your favorite translation and read from it, or just listen to the rest of us reading. We will just be glad to have you with us! My only plea is that we not argue. We are just reading and enjoying, please.

**Are you facing fear, feeling disconnected from your instincts, second-guessing yourself, or knowing what you want but not acting on it?**

In this transformative Somatics series, we'll discover how true self-trust begins in the body, not in the mind.
Modern neuroscience confirms what many traditional wisdom practices have long taught: our bodies process information and make decisions before our conscious minds are even aware. Yet, many of us have learned to override these vital signals, replacing body wisdom with our own versions of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and chronic stress & self-doubt.

Through a blend of practical exercises and guided somatic experiences, _we'll explore how our nervous system shapes our decision-making processes and how childhood adaptations became today's survival strategies._ Most importantly, **we'll learn to rebuild trust in our body's signals—creating a foundation for authentic confidence that does not depend on the external world.**

_This series runs April 27th thru May 25th (no session on May 11th.)_
It combines breathwork, somatic practices, partner work, and personal reflection to create a comprehensive learning experience accessible to all levels. No prior experience with somatic work is necessary. **Every Body is Welcome.**

The Body Knows: Reconnecting with Our Somatic Intelligence.

This is a perfect tour for gardeners, dabblers, or just women who love to be in gardens. We visit secret gardens, have chocolate tastings, and take a 'hidden gardens of the Royal Mile' guided walk in Edinburgh. In Glasgow, we visit their Royal Botanic Gardens (very different from Edinburgh's) and eat lunch at a place recommended by Anthony Bourdain. Heading south, we stop at Alnwick Castle Gardens to tour their Poison Garden (with a guide!) and enjoy lunch in a treehouse. From there, we go to the ancient city of York and visit the beautiful gardens of Harlow Carr. We end our tour in London seeking out gardens on top of skyscrapers, in the ruins of churches, and a medicinal herb garden created in the 1600s to train apothecaries. We spend a day at the fabulous Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew and another day at the world-famous Chelsea Flower Show.

**This is an in-person event in Kirkland.**

Join us for our **Revel Walk + Talk** along the stunning **Kirkland waterfront**! We'll gather for a casual evening walk filled with connection, conversation, and fresh air. Whether you’re a regular Revel walker or new to our events, this is the perfect way to get moving, meet like-minded women, and enjoy the natural beauty of Lake Washington.
We'll start near downtown Kirkland and follow a scenic route along the water — about 3 miles. **We will send the exact meeting location closer to the event.**

We'll be joined by RevelEleven Founder Joanie Parsons and RevelEleven board member Kathy Cooper for this event.

There will be a NO HOST optional stop at a local bar/restaurant on the waterfront where we'll enjoy food, drinks, and good conversation, post walk.
