**Talk 1. Une app ignorante, une architecture solide : la recette magique Radio France**

Notre app Radio France ne sait rien. Vraiment rien. Elle ignore ce qu'est un podcast, une émission, ou même ce qu'elle affiche. Pilotée par notre BFF, elle reçoit quoi montrer sans jamais savoir pourquoi. Couplée à Kotlin Multiplatform, cette approche nous permet de gérer les apps mobile/tv/automotive Android et d'avoir une app iOS fonctionnelle (non déployée mais presque gratuite). Aujourd'hui, ce système supporte des millions d'utilisateurs et prouve que, parfois, l'ignorance est notre plus grande force.

**Talk 2. Des benchmarks dignes de confiance**

Jetpack Macrobenchmark, à première vue ça paraît assez simple: j'écris un scénario de test, je fais tourner le benchmark avant et après une optimisation, et hop, 20% d'amélioration de la médiane, je prends la confiance et je file demander une augmentation ! Hélas, un collègue a la mauvaise idée de relancer le même benchmark et obtient seulement 15% d'amélioration. Qui a raison, quel résultat communiquer?

L'objectif de cette présentation est de vous apprendre à creuser au-delà du résultat d'un benchmark, obtenir une meilleure appréhension de ce que vous avez vraiment mesuré, et saupoudrer le tout d'un peu de stats pour avoir l'air intelligent en soirée.

5:00 PM: Securing the SDLC: From Container Images to AI Agents

This presentation examines the evolution of supply chain security challenges from container images to AI agents. We'll explore how modern development practices create new attack vectors, from containers running hundreds of unnecessary packages to AI agents accessing enterprise systems without proper security controls. The session demonstrates solutions like hardened images that dramatically reduce attack surfaces and examines emerging Model Context Protocol vulnerabilities. Through analysis of real incidents and threat patterns, we'll show how to apply container best practice, to build secure AI-enhanced development environments before attacks spread

This session shows how to turn OWASP SAMM from a policy framework into practical platform features. We’ll explore how to embed maturity practices into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows — creating golden paths, automated checks, and evidence by default — so security becomes built-in rather than bolted on.

As AI-assisted coding, distributed architectures, and hybrid environments reshape development, security teams face growing challenges keeping pace with rapid release cycles and evolving threats.

This session explores how to embed security seamlessly across the software development lifecycle (SDLC). From containers and APIs to real-time feedback and automated workflows. By leveraging AI and natural language analytics, teams can detect risks earlier and streamline remediation.

With the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) on the horizon, we’ll also cover how integrated security can:

Accelerate testing for AI-driven development

Detect potential emerging threats (such as Shai-Hulud, etc.) and vulnerabilities coming from open-source packages from various origins

Identify and declare open-source code in containers and snippets

Manage SBOMs for compliance and risk management

This is the office hours session for GDG Lawrence's Road to Certification: Professional Cloud Developer (PCD) Certification Study Group Campaign.

These office hours are a series of informal sessions set up as a companion to the formal certification campaign sessions where we will achieve the following:
- practice exam questions
- answer questions from the community
- clear roadblocks regarding the labs
- check where we are in our learning journey

A Professional Cloud Developer builds and deploys scalable, secure, and highly available applications by using Google-recommended tools and best practices. This individual has experience with cloud-native applications, containerized applications, APIs, developer tools, orchestration tools, managed services, test strategies, serverless platforms, and next-generation databases. This individual also has proficiency with at least one general-purpose programming language and instruments their code to produce metrics, logs, and traces.
