Join us for a restorative guided meditation and Reiki healing gathering designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset in a calm and supportive space.
Each session blends guided meditation and Reiki energy healing to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, clarity, and restoration. You’ll be gently guided into stillness while receiving energy work intended to help clear and rebalance your system.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, moving through something in your life, or simply needing intentional time to rest and be supported, you are welcome here.

What to expect:
• Guided meditation to ground and settle your nervous system
• Reiki energy healing to support cleansing and restoration
• Space for clarity, insight, and inner connection
• A small and intimate group setting (limited to 8 attendees)

Details:
• 90–120 minute sessions
• Offered twice monthly on Thursdays
• 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM sessions available
• No prior meditation or Reiki experience needed
