This is a **free-for-all** community session where animal flow enthusiasts gather to practice together in a casual manner on a weekly basis! 🤸‍♂️🕺💃

Animal Flow is a ground-based, bodyweight practice that blends yoga, gymnastics, and dynamic movement to boost flexibility, joint mobility, and core strength.

Please note that there is no instructor; this is simply members supporting each other and working to improve together.
