Many organizations chase outputs, velocity, or vague “success” without clear evidence that they are actually increasing value for customers and the business. This session introduces Evidence-Based Management from Scrum.org, focusing on the four Key Value Areas (Current Value, Unrealized Value, Time to Market, Ability to Innovate) to guide better decisions through intentional experimentation and feedback. You will leave able to select meaningful Key Value Indicators for your product or organization, form evidence-based goals, and run small experiments that reliably show whether you are moving the needle on real value delivery.
