The Guided Sound Bath and Nature Connection is an immersive experience that blends harmonious tones, resonant instruments, and mindful guidance, thoughtfully paired with the rhythms and presence of the natural world. It is theme-based, inspired by seasonal rhythms or intentional focuses.

You are welcome from 18:45 and we will begin promptly at 19:00.

During this session, you will:

• Experience deep relaxation through the vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sound instruments.
• Reconnect with the natural world, using sounds and gentle guidance to enhance your awareness of the environment around you.
• Release mental and physical tension in a safe and supportive environment.
• Cultivate mindfulness and presence, allowing your body and mind to reset.
• Join a discussion on this month’s theme after the session, sharing reflections and insights with fellow attendees.
• Enjoy a moment of connection with light refreshments, fostering a supportive wellbeing community.
• Leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and more connected to your inner calm.
