The Netherlands is almost bottom of the list 📉 when it comes to the number of women working in technology, and you will often find yourself the only woman on the team.

Why are there so few women in Tech and what is it like to work in such a male-dominated field? How do you advance your career and stay true to yourself? How can we get more women - and anyone identifying as a woman - to join us in the wonderful world of technology? How does gender diversity relate to other kinds of diversity and how can we improve all diversity in technology? 🤔

So many questions… Let’s find the answers together, Rotterdam-style: not just talking, but coming up with actionable strategies and plans. We will provide you with some special guests, inspiration and breakfast, and you get to kickstart your day with wisdom, empowerment and wonderful company. We will share experiences through discussions in smaller groups, you get to decide the specific topics we will talk about, and there will of course be plenty of opportunity to network and get to know people. 🚀 All this for just 7,50 euros. Sinduja Yoganantham - Senior Fullstack Developer at LiteBit. Sinduja has 13 years of experience working as a woman in Tech in several countries and we are sure she will be able to share many stories and give advice on how to thrive as a woman in Tech!

Caroline Williams - Founder and Head Rebel of the Do Good Only Company, who advocates for digital inclusion and ethical technology, and is building a strong community of changemakers. We can't think of anyone better to kickstart our discussions about how to change the world!

Ellen Wang - CEO of SenTech AI, working with wearables and AI, right on the cutting edge of technology. She's very active in the startup world and has a wealth of experience in mentoring and supporting others. We are very much looking forward to hearing the advice she has to offer!
