Intermediate Level Nordic Ski Day Trip

This is an event for novice/intermediates (skied 5+ times). If you have never skied before please do not sign up.

We're beginning a new year, so the annual fee is due once again for everyone (please): $10, e-transferred to eneudorf@hotmail.com.

Assuming that the weather is good (between -5 and -20), let's go for a cross country skiing day trip. I'm hoping to go to either Eb's Trails (Duck Lake) or Little Red River (Prince Albert). We'll decide where to go based on the best snow/ski conditions.

We'll aim to ski roughly 15-18kms.

If you do not own skis: rent from Eb's Adventures or Escape Sports. Make sure you reserve in a timely manner.

Meet @ Tim Hortons (Lawson Heights) @ 8:30am so we can carpool from there.

Bring a snack to eat, water to keep you hydrated, and perhaps a hot drink to keep you warm. Dress appropriately: wool layers are best, and don’t forget a toque, gloves, and warm socks.

After the ski we will stop for some good food, either at Hague or at the Knotty Pine in Prince Albert. We should be back in Saskatoon by 6:30pm.
