Wat we doen

The purpose of this group is for Scrum master to meet likeminded from other companies for learning and inspiration.

All Scrum Masters are welcome new as well as experienced. This group seek to be free, an open minded space and a place where You can get help or give help.

It is inspired by Tobias Mayer´s Scrum Master Clinics and Scrum Master Clinic Aarhus+.

Principles:

1. The clinics will always be free, but voluntary donations can be collected to cover room costs and refreshments. Commercial sponsorship of any kind should be avoided.

2. Each clinic will have more than one facilitator, to avoid creating a cult of personality, or any form of dependence.

3. Facilitators are volunteers.

4. Facilitators are more experienced than participants, or have particular knowledge or skills to share.

5. Participation is active, not passive. All participants are invited to contribute and engage in the spirit of self-organisation and self-directed learning....

6. ...thus any committed participant is considered to be capable of facilitating, and encouraged to join in that capacity, pairing with more experienced facilitators.
