🔍 Description:
Join Seekers of the Uncommon for a night of thrilling mystery, immersive storytelling, and clever deduction as we dive into the interactive crime case: “Murder at the Graduation Party” (Drapet på Russetreffet).
Someone didn’t make it out of the party alive — and it’s up to you and your team to crack the case.
This is a one-of-a-kind experience where you’ll step into the shoes of investigators, analyze clues, and work together to uncover the truth behind a deadly graduation celebration, without leaving the playing table.
Whether you're a true crime enthusiast, a puzzle-lover, or just curious to try something new, this night of mystery is for you.
🤔 Why is this an uncommon experience?
Mystery puzzle games started with Clue (1949), but the idea of “playing detective for a day” began in the 1980s with murder mystery parties and Sherlock Holmes: Consulting Detective (1981). In the 2010s, escape rooms and one-time-use games like Exit and Hunt A Killer made a strong comeback.
These games are uncommon because they're non-repeatable: once you solve the case you cannot play again, so there just aren’t many opportunities to play them— they're rare events, not weekly habits. So far, I haven’t found any active community in Amsterdam or Utrecht that offer a space for playres of these games to meet (so I just created one, but that is another story).
🧩 What to expect:
