You are welcome to join our Self Care & Support Group meeting whether you are looking to connect with others, work on your personal growth, or simply seeking some creative inspiration.
Come and be a part of this supportive community as we navigate the journey of self-care and empowerment together.

It is our priority to create safe space where people can feel comfortable and accepted just the way they are, whatever anyone is going throught at this point of life.

Many participants are neurodivirgent, more of introverted nature or experience some level social anxiety in their lifes. It is all fine and the variety of different personalities and perspectives is what makes every meeting unique and leaves heartfelt imprint.

No need to pretend or prove anything, but have respect and open mind for others, so authentic connection can happen and suprise you with its beauty...

Know that you can leave any time you want and you are welcome to express any uncomfortable feelings or triggers if they appear for you.
Anyone who acts in a disrespectful way will be directly asked to leave.

✅ We ask you to register in the app even if you are not 100% sure you will be able to be with us that day. This little action on your part will help us estimate expected group size and plan everything accordingly.
