Walking meditations on Tao Te Ching

Details
Dear friends
During this event we will concentrate on verses from chapter 21 of Tao Te Ching. We will reflect together this chapter and then will go for a 20 minute walking meditation in the park!!
Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu is a chinese classical text with 81 verses of wisdom. Though Tao Te Ching has been interpreted subjectively according to who is reading it, for a seeker on the path of wisdom it is a wonderful and precise guide to the process of becoming an enlightened being, to accomplish, within oneself, a high level of spiritual cultivation.
Verse 21 of Tao Te Ching
"The greatest power follows from Tao.
Tao seems vague and elusive,
vague and elusive yet there is form,
vague and elusive yet there is substance,
obscure and dark yet there is essence.
This essence is real,
within it is truth.
From ancient times until now
its name does not change.
We use it to observe the origin of all beings.
How do we know the origin of all beings is this?
Through inner knowing."
I welcome you towards a fruitful reflection and meditation experience!!
